Emmy'S Big Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water (105~ to 110~)
4 Tbsp. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. warm potato water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry nonfat milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 to 5 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
When yeast is foamy, mix it with 4 tablespoons of the margarine, the potato water (see Note), sugar, salt, milk, eggs and 4 cups flour.
Mix until a ragged dough forms, adding flour as needed.
