Mock Cream Of Chicken Soup(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. homemade chicken stock, defatted
1 bay leaf
1/4 lb. chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

In a small saucepan, heat stock and bay leaf, uncovered, on medium-high heat until it simmers. Add the chicken and when it re-simmers, reduce the heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
