Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    3 c. chopped and peeled apples
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
    In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat the first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely.
    Frost with 2 cups of whipped cream.
