Great Chili Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 5 chopped onions
    1 or 2 large bunches parsley, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, sauteed in olive oil
    1 large can V-8 juice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    2 cans chili beans
    ground beef (optional, 1 to 2 lb.)
    Pickapepper
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 soup can wine vinegar (add just before serving)
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients and ground beef.
    Add other ingredients.
    Add water if it is too thick.
    Heat 1 1/2 hours.
    May be served with Parmesan cheese on top.
