Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well blended.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients and vanilla.
Add egg mixture.
Stir until blended.
Add zucchini and nuts.
Bake in 2 bread
pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
