Rhubarb Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    2 egg whites (stiff)
    1 c. rhubarb
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, egg yolks, butter and flour.
    Fold in egg whites.
    In a nine-inch pie plate, place unbaked pie shell. Spread rhubarb on bottom.
    Pour mixture over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until almost done.
    Then turn to 375\u00b0 to brown.
