Mixed Vegetables Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. cabbage, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    1 c. celery
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 lb. ground beef or pork
    1 medium onion, finely sliced
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. oil
    35 to 40 lumpia or pastry wrappers
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown garlic in hot oil; add onion.
    Saute until transparent. Add ground pork or beef.
    Season with soy sauce, pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate (if desired).
    Stir until meat is tender. Add first 5 ingredients; keep on stirring until vegetables are tender but firm.
    Remove from fire.
    Drain remaining broth.
    Let cool and set aside.
