Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 cube margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Place rhubarb in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add sugar; dot with 1/4 cup margarine.
Pour 1/2 cup water over all.
Sift together dry ingredients with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Cut in 1/4 cup margarine until fine crumbs.
Add egg and milk to dry ingredients.
Stir to moisten.
Spread over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
