Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 can artichokes
    1 (6 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
    2 pkg. dry leek soup
    2 chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
    1/2 c. to 3/4 c. half and half
    1 pkg. penne rigati pasta (cooked and drained)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except pasta; cook until well blended.
    Stir in pasta.
