Homemade Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unpeeled potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Chop unpeeled potatoes into small pieces.
    (I use my blender.) Melt butter or shortening in skillet.
    Pour a layer of potatoes in pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Cook on medium.
    Keep mashed with spatula.
    Turn heat up and brown on both sides when fully cooked.
