Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    8 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash with a fork.
    Add cheese and margarine while squash is hot. Add egg and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in cracker crumbs; season with pepper.
    Put in shallow pan, greased lightly with margarine, and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 20 minutes.
