Choice Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. water
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder (2 Tbsp. for mild, 2 1/2 Tbsp. for medium or 3 Tbsp. for hot)
1 can your choice beans (optional)
4 oz. spaghetti, uncooked (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onion.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
