Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. beef sirloin or tenderloin
 
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 or 2 c. canned mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. red cooking wine (Burgundy; more can be added)
salt and pepper
ketchup and water if needed
Preparation
- 
                            Cut beef into small pieces (not thick).
 
Cook in 2 tablespoons of melted oleo in shallow baking dish for 30 to 40 minutes until well browned.
