Hawaiian Pineapple-Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. (about 5) mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in pecans.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Mix well.
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
