Steak Supper In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 carrots, quartered
4 potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18-inch foil.
Place meat in center, sprinkle with soup mix, cover with vegetables.
Butter vegetables and sprinkle with salt.
Fold foil over and seal tight to hold in juices.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 450\u00b0.
Serves 4.
