Lynn'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tangy Topping (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    topping.
    Press
    meat mixture into a loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven.\tDrain off fat, if desired.
    Top with Tangy Topping and bake an additional 30 minutes.
