Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 large egg or 2 small eggs
    cracker crumbs (enough to hold mixture together)
    flour
    chopped onion
    oil (for skillets)
Preparation
    Combine salmon, egg and cracker crumbs.
    Make small patties or balls.
    Roll in a small amount of flour and onion.
    Fry in a skillet until brown.
