Croissants(Makes 32 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine yeast and warm water.
    Dissolve yeast in water and stir in 1 cup flour, evaporated milk, egg, sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter and salt.
    Stir until smooth and set aside.
