Diabetic Applesauce Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. raisins (optional)
13 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream margarine
until\tfluffy.
Beat egg and sweetener until thick and
lemon
colored.\tAdd
margarine and mix well. Sift together
all
dry ingredients.
Add to margarine mixture alternately with
applesauce, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
Blend well after each addition.
Add vanilla and blend in raisins and nuts.
