Microwave Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat first 4 ingredients well.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and
cinnamon
to
mixture.
Fold in grated carrots and nuts. Pour batter
into
a greased 8 x 12-inch dish.
Bake on High 13 to 15 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
