Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. plain flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 pt. hot water
    3/4 c. lard
    1/4 pt. warm water
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 pint warm water, 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons yeast and let rise.
    Mix lard, salt and sugar in hot water.
    Stir in yeast mixture.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly (2 eggs may be added, if desired).
    This can be covered with a wet towel and put in refrigerator.
    Makes rolls and let rise before baking.
    Butter tops of rolls before rising.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
