Cornbread Dressing(Serves 50 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (9-inch) pans of cornbread
1 c. melted margarine
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
garlic salt to taste
sage to taste
2 large roasters
8 chicken breasts, deboned and chopped
salt to taste
black and red pepper to taste
2 doz. boiled eggs, chopped
1 gal. or more of chicken broth (secret of rich flavor)
