Okra Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sliced onion
1 green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. bacon fat
18 okra pods, sliced
2 chopped tomatoes
1 c. cut corn
salt and paprika to season
Preparation

Brown sliced onion and green pepper in bacon fat.
Add okra pods; cook 5 minutes and add tomatoes and corn.
Simmer 15 minutes or until okra is tender; season with salt and paprika.
Serves 8.
