Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drain most of juice
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together first four ingredients and place in baking dish. Place crushed crackers on top, then drizzle butter over them. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
