Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter (at room temperature)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 heaping c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. flour
2 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Cream butter, salt and cheese together.
Mix flour into creamed mixture (a Cuisinart or equivalent is useful for this). Mix Krispies in with whatever implement you find useful (fingers are best) taking care not to crush them.
Scoop up walnut-sized balls and place on greased cookie pan (1-inch apart).
Flatten balls with fork and cook in 375\u00b0 oven for 9 to 12 minutes.
