Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
Preparation

Cut bacon fine and dry.
Brown onions in fat.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling, then add potatoes and parsley.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
Serves 4.
