German Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup milk
4 eggs (seperated)
Preparation

Melt marg. in 8-inch iron skillet, mix flour, sugar, salt, milk and egg yolks.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in skillet. Bake 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown and puffy.
