Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 scant Tbsp. cornmeal (white)
1 scant Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
