Beefy Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 c. uncooked quick grits
    1 can cut green beans, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef and onion without added fat until beef is crumbly.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add tomatoes and grits. Stir to blend well.
    Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
    Stir in green beans.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Reheat until bubbly.
