Jogging In A Glass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    64 oz. apple juice
    22 oz. grape juice
    6 oz. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Drink 6 ounces a day.
    Good for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and arthritis.
    (It works, I drink it everyday.)
