Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar and salt.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once.
    Blend with a spoon just until flour is moistened.
    This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled without toughening.
    Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
    Makes 2 crusts or 1 top and 1 bottom.
