Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Slice and simmer 5 minutes (in large skillet) with 1 tablespoon butter along with the onion and celery.
