Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. ham
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 stick butter
Preparation

Layer half the bread cubes, ham, cheeses and remaining bread cubes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings in bowl.
Pour over layers.
Chill overnight.
Combine cornflakes and butter in bowl.
Sprinkle over layers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
