Borscht - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beets (medium size), sliced
    2 cans water
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    American way Russian soup.
    Quantity of beets to same quantity of water.
    Blend beets, sliced medium size, water and lemon juice in blender.
    Add remaining ingredients and chill.
    Serve chilled.
