Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    8 oz. or 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    buttered bread crumbs and paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin, cool, peel and coarsely shred on grater.
    In saucepan, over low heat, combine cheese and butter, stirring constantly, until almost melted.
    Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes; stir lightly.
