Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 c. chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing (canister)
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thick
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix hot water and margarine in bowl. Stir in stuffing mix, pepper and half of pipneapple.
    Spoon stuffing evenly on chicken and roll tightly.
    Secure with toothpicks. Place in 9-inch square pan with remaining stuffing in center.
    Mix remaining pineapple with sugar, vinegar and ginger.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
