Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 whole eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, oil, baking soda, cinnamon, eggs, grated carrots and vanilla together. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
