Snow Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. snow peas
6 Tbsp. oil or butter
2 Tbsp. ginger, freshly chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Tip and string the fresh peas if necessary. Defrost peas if frozen. Heat the butter or oil in a pan and add the peas and ginger. Saute until done. Won't take but a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4 to 6.
