Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pkg. taco mix
    1 small can enchilada sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans chopped olives
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown the meat and drain.
    Add onion, taco seasoning, olives and enchilada sauce to meat.
    Cook for a few minutes in skillet. Use a 2-quart baking dish; put in one layer of tortillas.
    Spoon some meat mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
    Repeat to make 3 to 4 layers.
    Add 1/2 cup water and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
