Hawaiian Baked Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Place pineapple with juice in a large greased baking dish. Place sliced potatoes over pineapple.
Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
Uncover.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
