Alston'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pinch salt
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. dark syrup
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add salt.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Fold in butter and syrup and
    fold
    in
    vanilla. Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add
    pecans.
    Change oven to 275\u00b0. Bake for 40 minutes or until pie
    is
    brown
    and done in middle.
