Liver And Onion Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    onions, sliced
    oil
Preparation
    Slice liver into thin strips, removing veins and membranes. Combine flour, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Coat liver with seasoned flour.
    Fry quickly in a little oil over medium heat, turning to prevent overcooking.
    Do not overcook as it will be dry and tough.
    Serve with fried onions.
