Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. thinly sliced beef
    1/2 c. chopped shrimp
    onion, chopped fine
    1/2 carrot, diced
    1/2 c. green beans, chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice with water until fluffy.
    In a separate frying pan; fry eggs flat, then cut them into tiny strips.
    Remove from pan. Add remaining ingredients to pan and saute a few minutes.
    Then add rice and eggs into mixture and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
