Make Ahead Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Whip potatoes and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and whip until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Place in buttered casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Dot with small pieces of butter.
    At this point, you can refrigerate (can be prepared 1 to 2 days ahead).
    Bring to room temperature before baking at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for about 25 minutes.
