24 Hour Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pot roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    5 medium potatoes
    6 carrots
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except potatoes and carrots, in a large crock-pot.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for at least 24 hours.
    During the last 2 1/2 hours, add potatoes, peeled and quartered, and carrots, peeled and halved.
    Serves approximately 6 people.
