Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese (never Colby)
    1 c. Velveeta or American cheese
    1 stick oleo (1/4 c. in casserole, then drizzle rest on completed mixture)
    small amount minced onion
    Grape-Nut flakes
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onions, some of the Cheddar and Velveeta cheeses, saving enough to cover mixture.
    Cover with Grape-Nuts and drizzle the rest of margarine over completed mixture.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
