Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag or 1 large can sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 jar chopped pimentos
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 stalks chopped celery
Preparation
    Drain and rinse well the sauerkraut.
    Add sugar, oil, vinegar, pimentos, chopped onion and chopped celery.
    Mix well and keep refrigerated.
    Stir occasionally.
    Gets better with age, about 3 to 7 days.
