Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. butter or oleo, softened
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. cooked squash, well drained
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs, seasoned with a dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; place in greased casserole.
Top with bread crumbs last ten minutes of baking. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
