Saucy Twist Pork Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. uncooked corkscrew shaped macaroni
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (12 oz.) can pork luncheon meat, cut into cubes
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
In large skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender.
Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
