Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil until well mixed.
Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to sugar-egg mixture
together with zucchini.
Add walnuts, raisins and vanilla.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in greased and floured pan for 45 to 55 minutes.
